Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The villa has a breathtaking view, is very sunny, well furnished and equipped with all amenities, quiet and not isolated. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
