Quiet apartment near the sea

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the beautiful beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. There is a huge terrace immersed in greenery with a bbq at your disposal. The Stone House, a newly renovated self-catering holiday home located in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Votsi, Alonnisos. The Stone House, over-looking the bay of Votsi, is a perfect place to unwind. A short walk to local beaches, tavernas and small supermarkets. The Stone House has everthing you need for the perfect holiday. It comes with a small terraced seating area to soak up the sun and air conditioning for a cool night. Votsi is beautiful, tranquil and traditional.

A private pool is encircled by lush greenery, offering a serene outdoor space. Olive trees provide shade and contribute to the natural setting. The cottage is framed in the background, blending harmoniously with the landscape under a clear sky.

The building was once part of the Byzantine Castle of Alonissos. In the early 19th century it was the island's first Post Office, and later the first ever café on Alonissos. All woodwork (furniture, floors etc) is handmade with solid oak tree wood and the décor is elegant and rustic. cherry's home is a traditional old house completely renovated in the center of the small traditional village of Glossa. From the house on foot and at a very short distance there are shops such as cafes, restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy. The living room and its balconies offer unobstructed views of the Sea. It is modernly decorated with all the comforts and electrical appliances. Also in the kitchen equipment there is an espresso machine.

The house "CapeVerde" is located in the village of Glossa Skopelos. It overlooks a large part of the village as well as the entire front view of the sea of Glossa and Skiathos. The neighborhood is dominated by silence and the freshness of nature. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The distances from the beaches are closer from our village than from the country of the island. Also the island of Skiathos is 18 minutes away by boat.

A spacious sleeping area features a comfortable bed with crisp white linens and neatly arranged towels. A modern kitchenette with wooden cabinetry and essential appliances is visible, while decorative light fixtures provide soft illumination. Natural light filters through a small window, adding warmth to the space.

The house is located in Patitiri, it is accessible on foot and by road, it is quite close to the bus-taxi stop, food market, bakery and bank. It is newly built and has new equipment (furniture, linen, electrical appliances) and a yard. The combination of the modern, functional space in a peaceful and endless blue-green landscape is what will make you indulge in the magic of the island enjoying the view at any time of the day.
