Two-storey luxurious villa located in the Punta La Mona urbanisation, La Herradura. On the ground floor is this beautiful apartment, completely independent from the upper floor. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden and large terraces for sunbathing, pool and covered porch with BBQ & a bar for entertainment. Enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Marina del Este port and the Costa Tropical.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Lovely villa with jacuzzi and pool

Our Casa Alegria is a Andalucian style villa that we fell love in from the first look. Located in Almunecar at Costa Tropical, it has a spectacular view on the sea, mountains and nearby towns. It is unbelievable to stay in a hot jacuzzi (paid extra) and admire the magnificent mountains falling into the sea. If you are looking for a place which is sunny all year around. You can have rest enjoying good food or do sport activities. Enjoy your Costa Tropical Holidays in Casa Alegria!
