You have restaurants, shopping, activities everywhere and still the area feels secluded and away from the main action. Fully installed air condition and heating in all rooms. We are on the third floor. No lift.

House in a private development, with direct access to Marina Playa beach, 200 meters from Puerto Marina del Este. House on three floors, with three large terraces and four bedrooms. Excellent ocean and mountain views, pool and private community parking in the same development. The pool season is from June 1 to September 15, and the hours are from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The house has a private wifi network, Movistar plus and a security system.
