Please note we have 2 dogs at the prooerty. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

Our delightful coach house has 1 off street parking space. It is spotlessly clean, warm & very comfortable. Due to the living accommodation being upstairs, this property is unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Location close to Airbus, Rolls Royce, GKN, MOD & UWE. Bristol city centre easily accessible by car, bus & rail links (Parkway). Cribbs Causeway 4 miles. Luckily on the doorstep :- pub, shops takeaways & EV charging points.
