Wonderful newly renovated house with a unique and special layout. It has two terraces overlooking the Alcazaba from which you can enjoy breakfast, dinner or just a pleasant time reading or chatting. The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom with an interior patio on the middle floor, a bathroom and bedroom with a terrace on the first floor, and a solarium with incredible views of the entire Alcazaba on the top floor. Beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable.

Ground floor apartment with an 80m2 open living room, comfortable, simple, and beautiful. It has a 1.40x2.00 double bed, 2X 0.90x2.00 and a comfortable double sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Parking will never be a problem and it's free. Just 15 minutes from the beach! Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

The house is in the middle of two hectares of olive and almond trees. 5 minutes' walk from the white, Andalusian village with restaurants and shopping. 14 km from the beach, 10 minutes from 18-hole golf course and 30 minutes from the airport. The lively port city of Almeria can be reached in 25 minutes. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right in front of the finca.
