Probably the best development in Vera and the best apartment in the development. Renovated in 2022. Spectacular Panoramic Views Tomorrow's sun. Equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. Fiber. Bathroom rooms with shower plates instead of a bathtub and with windows that provide freshness in summer (you will use the air conditioning little). Very cozy terrace. Fully renovated apartment with all amenities, very bright and sunny, twenty meters from the beach, with an exceptional location in the Roquetas Urbanization. It has direct promenade access. It consists of a spacious and cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped and open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and terraces. Very quiet development, you can sleep hearing the waves of the sea and a few meters from the area of bars, restaurants and shops.

An indoor swimming pool is displayed, featuring calm blue water bordered by smooth tiles. Pillars provide structure to the space, and lounge chairs are positioned along one side, inviting relaxation. Soft, ambient lighting brightens the area, creating a serene atmosphere.

Very nice flat located in the compound La Envia Golf, with splendid views over the bay of Almeria and the mountains of Vicar. It is 10' drive from Roquetas de Mar and Aguadulce and only 500 m from the golf course. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fully equipped gymnasium and children's playroom. Ideal starting point to visit the natural park of Cabo de Gata, the desert of Tabernas and discover the historic centre of the city of Almeria.

On the hillside of the village and on the top floor of the residential house, the apartment overlooks the sea and views of the horizon by 180 degrees.
