Each guest is provided with disposable slippers. If possible, earlier check-in is possible. Shops, cafes, shopping malls, parks, medical centers are within a walking distance. Fully developed infrastructure. Transportation to any part of the city. Direct bus to Medeo. Not AVAILABLE for noisy companies or parties. No smoking in the apartment!

The apartment is located next to the big shopping mall with an array of restaurants, cafes, with supermarket. The main City Walking street is in 10 minutes by walk.
