Separate dedicated entrance for the exclusive use of our guests. Short walk to Red Line T-stop, Charles River, neighborhood parks and great local coffee shops and restaurants. Only one mile to Harvard, MIT or BU. Free visitor parking permit available upon request. Note: House rules include: no smoking, no fire arms, and no vaping on property.

The room located in a nice 5 bed/2 bath apartment with tons of space in a great neighborhood. We are on a bus line, close to a bike share and a nice 10 min walk to Harvard and Central square. Several ways to get where ever you want to go. Enjoy easy access to the local colleges, universities and Restaurants. You will have access to the whole apartment (LR, DR, & Kitchen if you love to cook :) ) Though check in times are listed, we can often be flexible. But no Saturday check-ins before 3pm.

A private room in a single-family home in a wonderful neighborhood, ideal for an individual or couple, located a short walk from a Green Line Train Station that connects to to go anywhere in Boston. There are 5 great breakfast places and other restaurants close to the house. The room is on the third floor, it's sunny, quiet, next to a beautiful bathroom with a skylight. The house is close to the Tufts University or walk to Davis Square and take the Red Line which takes you to Harvard and MIT.

The unit is on the third floor, no elevator. The price in non-negotiable.
