Very bright. Panoramic living room and terrace overlooking the Cathedral and Place de Jaude. Room with a view of Puy de Dôme in good weather. Tram and taxi 150 m away. Public parking lot 75 m away.

Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed.
