Affordable, superb, ground floor, self catering holiday apartment in the beautiful village of Bothel, Cumbria. Offering one double bedroom, a cosy and modern lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and everything you need for a holiday. It is a real home from home that also has good WIFI access, off street parking, wonderful private views overlooking open fields and is also dog friendly. UNIQUE Countryside Apartment part of our farmhouse on our SHEEP Farm. Only 3 Mile Lake District National Park, M6 10 mile (N&S) Good Roads, Nr Cumbria Way. Morning to Evening SUN SPOT on the PEACEFUL Secluded Garden + Patio, OVERLOOKING the NATURAL WATERFALL STREAM, WILDLIFE & often our SHEEP. Garden Cottage @ Catlands Foot Farm near Ireby
Garden Cottage is a lovely converted barn attached to Catlands Foot Farm tucked away on the hillside with views across to the Galloway Hills, Scotland. Just outside the Lake District National Park but within a 30 minute drive of Keswick you get the best of both worlds of exploring the attractions of the Northen Lake District and the Solway Coast with its quaint seaside towns. With plenty of short walks available from the cottage there is a no better place to relax and unwind. Pet friendly.

Camping pod in western lakes
Our cosy pod sleeps 2 adults comfortably but could sleep 3 adults or 2 plus 1 young child. Pet friendly. Inside the pod is a double bed, a single futon mattress, kettle, toaster and oil filled radiator, carpeted floor, black out curtains. no bedding is supplied. The pod is small but cosy. The onsite games room provides extra space. Based on our working farm with panoramic views of local fells and Skiddaw. We have 3 camping pods all sited for guest privacy but could all be hired by friends.

The End, Mosser - For 2 adults and 2 children
The End is a beautifully refurbished retreat in a quiet corner of the Lake District National Park. Built in c.1870 as part of How Farm, The End is a very comfortable self-contained space which sleeps TWO ADULTS and TWO CHILDREN. It has a large shared garden, unique kitchen and lounge, bathroom and ONE large bedroom (a King and two single sofa beds). The End is in a countryside location yet gives easy access to all the North West Lakes and the lesser known but very scenic West Coast.

Pet-friendly and cosy converted byre for two
A converted former farmstead byre, Randel features high beamed ceilings open to the eaves, with plenty of natural light from two gable windows, a roof Velux and window out on to the wooded garden. Entrance is directly into the studio accommodation, consisting of a well fitted kitchen, dining facilities for two, and a comfortable compact sitting/sleeping area. Armchairs give way across the room to a wrought iron double-bed. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.

Our cedarwood lodge has been designed and built for our family and friends to use when they visit. It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick. The lodge has been designed to make the most of those idyllic views and is a retreat for anyone wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy our “world Heritage” status.

The Vale of Lorton is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the Lakes, ranging from the flat farmland and Gem town of Cockermouth at one end to the rugged mountains and Buttermere at the other. The tranquil setting of The Spinney, above the River Cocker, with spectacular views over to Whinlatter, is an ideal location to explore the north western Lakes. Set in two acres of mature trees, gardens and river frontage, with lots of wildlife.

Toddell Barn
Toddell Barn forms part of our traditional Lakeland longhouse farm, built in approximately 1710. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
