There is no traffic in this very atypical and friendly street near restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the beach on foot. The house is composed of 3 floors. Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.

A large window offers sweeping views of the beach and Alicante bay. Lush greenery and winding roads are visible in the foreground, while the blue sea stretches towards the horizon under a clear sky.
