Cozy, spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a historical and traditional neighborhood, in central Lisbon but quiet at the same time. Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartment has 1 Bedroom with double bed. 1 big open space with lounge area, dining table and kitchen area. 1 bathroom. 2 small balconies and a lot of natural light. Third floor, no elevator. A pleasure in Lisbon 2

A charming, completely renovated, 18th century house in the heart of Lisbon. There is a comfortable bedroom, a living room, a small open kitchen (with fridge, microwave, toaster and juice presser) and a bathroom. You will also find a washer/dryer and wireless internet in the house. The house is located in the best area of the oldest quarter of Lisbon, Bairro do Castelo. Nearby you will be able to admire one of the most spectacular views over the city, from the Mirador de Santa Luzia. This neighborhood is located in the hill opposite Bairro Alto and is very calm, safe, well connected and close to museums, monuments and leisure areas. This cosy flat is surrounded by history, only 200m away from Lisbon's Cathedral, 100m from the Roman Theatre ruins, and 50m from the famous tram number 28 that you can catch to go up a small hill to the end of the street and find the amazing castle that named this area.

The apartement is an open space with bathroom, full kitchen and a small closet for guests to store their clothes. Was conceived by me, I create a relaxing and warmth place where the guest can feel like home. It´s perfect for couples, it´s located in a very calm neighborhood. Is well located, close to the river, the main train and metro station of Santa Apolónia The lower part of Lisbon (Baixa) is in walking distance; such is the famous tramway 28, for an old-fashion trip around ancient Lisbon.

Charming apartment in Chiado with 2 terraces

The flat and the whole area are nineteenth-century older period and it is decorated with furniture in such a way as to respect the feel of the place. The flat has 1 big suite with a king size bed that can be separated and have 2 single beds, 1 closet, 1 big complete bathroom and also a terrace to relax with exterior sofas. Then you have a living room (with a double sofa bed), an american kitchen, another little but complete bathroom as well another terrace to have the breakfast outside.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice terrace with a view for the Tejo river. We accept couples with children. The living room has a sofa-bed where two children can sleep. Baker, butcher and grocer's are nearby. Buses nº735, nº712, nº726 and nº730. Historic tram 28 in a 5 minute walk. Metro station of Santa Apolónia in a 12 minute walk.
