The apartment is in a quiet and secluded part of the city center but is still just a stone's throw away from all amenities as well as great hiking areas. The apartment itself located on the 7th floor and has a lovely view - there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contains kitchen, living room w/sleeping alcove, hallway, WC and bathroom - Bathroom equipped with shower doors, interior with sink, washing machine and dryer. In this place your family can stay close to everything.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom it is bright with combined washing machine/dryer.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Aksla mountain, in a quiet area, with access to the garden, close to the forest, 15 minutes to Fjellstua viewpoint, 20 minutes from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen. New and clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It is possible to add a cot and a baby chair for a child upon agreement with the owner. Free parking on the street.
