Luxury villa: 15 acres of private land & pool

Set back 100 metres from the road and within 15 acres of private fenced land, this beautiful 18th century house is peaceful and secluded. The spacious interior and large separate pool house allows large groups to spend a holiday together without ever feeling crowded. Inside the house is furnished to a very high standard. Outside there are two separate dining patios. The pool 15m x 7m has an automatic safety cover with security clips. The pool house provides additional ensuite accommodation.

Entire loft-style outbuilding: equipped kitchen, two-seater sofa bed, sleeping area with double bed. Access to the pool, garden and private jacuzzi on a terrace that is not overlooked. 2 min from Intermarché (bakery, pharmacy), 10 min drive to city center (bus ok). River and sea 30 minutes away, train station 10 minutes away. Cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay or romantic getaway.
