Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. Welcome to the Red Retreat Cottage! This charming home is 10 steps from the water’s edge and has a large sandy beach front!!! Children can play in a designated shallow cove area too. Enjoy the Lake's turquoise color, crystal clear water, breathtaking views and sunsets. Two kayaks and beach chairs are provided for guests. Nearby recreational activities include golf, tennis, hiking, biking and boating on the Chain of Lakes. Local towns have shops, restaurants, and are a short distance away.

The Bear Cub Aframe

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

The House on the Hill

This house is located outside Alden. It sits on 35 acres and is 1/4 of a mile from the road. The location is rural, secluded and quiet. There is ample parking for boats and recreational vehicles. The view from the deck is spectacular, you can see out over 10 miles. It's private and has a wide wraparound deck, with a covered area at the front. It's perfect for grilling, relaxing and watching the sky after a day out. The kitchen is open and provides a lot of space for food preparation.

Adorable Carriage House just steps to Lake Michigan complete with gas fireplace for those cool Michigan nights. Just 2 miles to downtown Charlevoix and very close to the wheelway that hugs lake Michigan. Studio apt. has very comfy bed with full shower bathroom and fully equipped studio kitchen. Quiet neighborhood setting with gas firepit for making smores or just talking about your daily adventures during your stay. Appropriate for 2 adults and must be able to navigate stairs.

This “Up North” cottage on Clam Lake is perfect for a family vacation (sl. 8). Bring your boat and jet skis to enjoy your days on the water. Torch Lake is only a 5 minute boat ride from the cottage. You can enjoy the use of 2 kayaks, 4 tubes and 1 stand up paddle board provided free for guests. Summer meals on the deck are the best! The raft in front of the cottage will be a favorite amenity. 1 window AC and portable fans in every room. You will want to return every year!

Custom crafted tiny home! It’s a industrial/rustic style home and equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay including your own private hot tub! Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
