Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. The A-Frame at Finch Creek - Secluded w/ Hot Tub

Welcome to the A-frame at Finch Creek, a one-of-a-kind Northern Michigan getaway overlooking Finch Creek and completely surrounded by the Grass River Natural Area. We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Comfortable, clean, cozy, and rustic log cabin just a few minute's walk up the hill from famous Torch Lake. Walking distance to shopping, dining, boating and recreation in Alden. Cabin is studio style, with queen bed and 2 futons with 425 square feet of living space. SLEEPS: 5 or 6 (1 queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas). one sleeper sofa can fit 2 children but probably just 1 adult. The House on the Hill

This house is located outside Alden. It sits on 35 acres and is 1/4 of a mile from the road. The location is rural, secluded and quiet. There is ample parking for boats and recreational vehicles. The view from the deck is spectacular, you can see out over 10 miles. It's private and has a wide wraparound deck, with a covered area at the front. It's perfect for grilling, relaxing and watching the sky after a day out. The kitchen is open and provides a lot of space for food preparation.

Hilltop Hideaway

Hilltop Hideaway is a 740 square foot, fully furnished, lower level, studio apartment. The rural, farm environment is surrounded by forest; tucked in the Glacial Hills of Antrim County. It’s a perfect place if you want quiet, solitude, and a private place to roam through the 33 acres of open sky, rolling hills, an antique apple orchard, and whispering pines. 2 miles to downtown Bellaire, 50 minutes to Traverse City or Gaylord. Adjacent to the Glacial Hills biking and hiking trails.

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

Enjoy the coziness of a bygone era while staying in this 1940s quaint, storybook log cabin. The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very secluded on 6 private Acres. Relax around a camp fire in the evening or listen to the birds in the morning (you can often hear the loons early in the morning). This was built new in spring of 2025 and ready for your up north experience. Just 3 miles from Bellaire, 6 miles from Schuss Mountain for golf and skiing. 45 minutes from Traverse City and Petoskey. The perfect launching point for all NW Michigan has to offer.
