If you want to be close to the sea and a 10-minute drive from downtown Palma, we are delighted to have you visit us :) The bus that takes you to downtown Palma passes by the door of the house. Fan Mallorca shopping is 950 meters away, and you also have some supermarkets and shops nearby in the area. You'll be a couple of minutes walk from Es Carnatge, a protected coastal natural area with small sandy coves and a promenade with pedestrian and cyclist access.

It is also in front of the natural park of La Albufera, where you can take family tours on foot or by bike and admire from the sighting shelters all kinds of birds during the migration season as well as the native species. Very well connected to the supermarkets in the area, pharmacies and restaurants as well as close to the family leisure places.
