Sie befindet sich in direkter Strandlage zwischen den zwei schönsten Stränden von Alcossebre: Playa Cargador und Playa Romana. Lasst euch auf dem Balkon von der Sonne verwöhnen oder relaxt am Pool der gepflegten Anlage. Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Tag am Strand, eine Wanderung oder Mountainbike-Tour im Naturpark Serra d’Irta oder einen Städtetrip nach Barcelona oder Valencia.

90m2 apartment in the center of Alcossebre, 150m from the beach. Very spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and exit to the terrace furnished with electric awning. Master bedroom with king size bed, dressing room and access to balcony. Second bedroom with trundle bed (two beds of 80cmx2m). All rooms have air conditioning and TV. A bathroom with a bathtub. Wifi. Washer and dryer. Very quiet building on a private street.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet.Villen er nyoppusset og har en helt fantastisk privat innlukket hage med svømmebasseng og en deilig overbygd terrasse med lounge og spiseplass. Ved bassenget er det en deilig oppholdsplass under en palme. Villaen har 2 soverom, åpen kjøkken stue, og stue med store vinduer mot hagen, 2 bad . Marcolina er et boligområde litt opp fra sentrum av Alcossebre. Nærmeste strand er ca 700m. Husdyr ikke tillatt.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
