There is TV, Wi-Fi and music! WHERE The house is located in the Natural Park of Sintra-Cascais, near the beauty of the Serra de Sintra and the Atlantic Ocean. By car, you'll find: - In 5 minutes, Guincho beach, very popular surfing (with surf schools); - In 10 min., Cascais, charming little village full of restaurants, stores and bars that cater to all tastes and needs; - In 15 min., Sintra, Unesco World Heritage Site, one of the best places to visit, especially the 'old village' and Palaces (Palácio Nacional da Pena, Palácio Nacional de Sintra, among others). - In 30 min., Lisbon. You can use the highway (A5 Cascais-Lisboa) or you can go by train from Cascais. Once in the city, you can use the subway. The Shelter is rented for a minimum of 3 nights. The Pool House is a self-contained 2 bedroom house, with its own private pool at the top of Malveira da Serra bordering the Sintra National Park in a very quiet and peaceful area with amazing views over the Cascais coast. Outdoor activities include hill walking, trail running, mountain biking, and bouldering, to world class surfing, windsurfing, and wild swimming all along the coast. A car is useful, but not essential, the local beaches and Cascais can all be reached by off-road tracks.

My Villa, is set in Malveira da Serra, near several nice spots to visit, like Sintra, Cascais, Guincho beach and also Lisbon. Villa Malveira is a modern Portuguese country house and private holiday estate, very comfortable for large families or groups, always with Atlantic Ocean in the backdrop. My villa has shown in a few home decoration magazines, for the trendy country chic style of its interiors, relaxed atmosphere , and the original design of the pool and the gardens.
