A spacious one bedroomed self contained apartment 15 minutes walk to the heart of beautiful Wanaka. There is an en-suite with shower off the bedroom and a separate utility room with storage and a washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed (not the most comfiest but it works!), basic kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. THERE IS NO OVEN/COOK TOP. There is a heat pump. My place is close to Parks, Tennis Court, Bowling Green, Library, Cafe/Shop/Restaurant, Lake, Walking/Biking Trails. Ten minutes to Wanaka.. You’ll love my place because of the modern attractive apartment, and its close proximity to our wonderful neighbourhood. Enjoy the Lake and Mountain views from the local walking/biking trails..
