A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Lovely place with a magnificent mountain view

Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor. 10 min from Aix-les-Bains and 30 min from Annecy, close to Semnoz, Féclaz, Revard ski resorts 30 min. It is completely refurbished. A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Fridge freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, TV, raclette machine, kettle, toaster, outdoor lounge on very quiet shared land.

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. Pleasant 40 m² living room, on the ground floor with south-facing terrace and mountain views. You are 15 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from Annecy. 8 minutes by car, you have shops and restaurants in Grésy-sur-Aix.
