It’s a great starting point for those who want to get to know the region, its gastronomy and some of the main Alentejo wine cellars. The cottage is 2 km from the main road on good gravel track, plus additional 400m on dirt track. Fine for normal car, but car should not be too low. Lovely views. Ideal for walking, cycling, birdwatching or exploring local castle towns.
