Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

Close to Freeways, making it easy to explore the surrounding cities. The house is in OAKLAND, CA! Please do your diligent research on the area. We have lived in this area for years and have lived peacefully. If you need quiet with no outside noise, sorry this is not a place for you. We have no control over what the neighbors do.
