House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Beletage terrace offers views of the garden and a tad of the sea. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.
