The studio has a conjugated living room/kitchen, room with partition,bwc,and hydro in conjunction with the bedroom. We are 3 minutes from the Historical Park, 13 minutes from the Het Dorp Laundry, 8 minutes from the center. Stay with us and enjoy a beautiful sunset view on sunny days. Attention: due to winter, the Texas grass had to be pruned.

Modern apartment with stunning views, especially for the sunset. Excellent location, close to pharmacies, gym, UPA, bakery and fruit shop. Parking included. The condominium offers a market and pet space. We prioritize recycling, with specific bins. It has a TV in the living room and bedroom, plus a Nintendo for fun. The home office is well-equipped, with an extra screen, mouse pad and gamer chair. Air conditioning in the living room (cold) and fans/heaters in the bedrooms.
