VILLA IN CORSICA, Hamlet of Pevani (Calcatoggio) with uninterrupted views over the ocean. Beautiful three bedroom three bathroom villa with stunning views over the bay of Sagone to Cargese. Plenty of terrace/deck space and an incredible infinity pool. Fully air-conditioned, large living room with open plan kitchen. Very quiet, surrounded by nature, Ajaccio (airport & ferry) is a 35 min drive. Ample parking. Large Mediterranean garden bordered by two streams. Paradise found.

Charming property with a casual feel. The new construction houses the lightness of a summer daily life. This property consists of 4 autonomous volumes, with contemporary lines, lit by the sun, planted on both sides of shaded terraces. A magical place to share with family or friends.

Many activities are available to you ( beaches, hikes, dives, boat trips, horse riding, discovery of Corsican gastronomy) before returning to enjoy your villa around a dinner around your pool .

Its central position allows you to quickly access the beautiful beach of Capo di Feno (10 mins), to stroll through the streets of Ajaccio or to reach the ring road and all the useful shops.
