Very nice 26m² studio renovated in June 2020. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic Genoese city of Ajaccio and access is via a pedestrian street. It is on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. The location is perfect for everything by foot and by bus. For people traveling, two parking lots (for a fee) are located less than 200 m away. Close to the main sites, beaches and lively streets of Ajaccio, you can make the most of your stay.

Hi, I offer this accommodation in the heart of the old town of Ajaccio The studio is located in a pedestrian alley. It is quiet as there is no bar or restaurant in the immediate vicinity. It has just been fully renovated. (rented April 2019). The daily market and Tino Rossi Port are 50 meters from the property. The closest beach, Saint François, is 100 meters away. You can do anything on foot from here!

The studio is equipped with a spacious bed, a kitchenette, and a small dining area. A wall-mounted television is visible, and natural light brightens the interior through the door leading to a private bathroom. Decorative elements include wall art and minimalist furnishings.
