With direct train connection to Augsburg and Munich, car sharing in front of the door and 15 minutes to Lake Ammersee, it is perfectly located. Ski resorts can be reached in 45-120 minutes.

Cozy room in Villa Wan

Hello, we are offering a private room with a small double French bed (140 cm) in our lovely old Bavarian home in Inning. The house is one kilometre away from lake Ammersee with the opportunity to swim or visit two beer gardens. There is a common bathroom which is shared with the inhabitants of the house. Great small architect house 90sqm with charm and a dreamy garden in an idyllic location, close to the natural Ammersee, which is suitable for various water sports activities. The house is situated in one of the most beautiful areas around Munich. The worth seeing cities of Munich, Landsberg and Weilheim are easily accessible as well as the mountains, Lake Starnberg and King Ludwig Schlösser. The Bad Wörrishofen Therme is perfect for wellness.

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
