Built in 1816, 2 km from the Seine, it seduces lovers of nature and calm that is to be respected(fishing,hikes in the heart of the natural park,cellars to visit...). Exposed stones, beams, lime walls, fireplace.... cozy atmosphere to rest. Among the 7 O inhabitants of the village, producers of local products (cheese, sheep, pigs, vegetables...)

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
