Beautiful duplex studio in the attic of a converted former barn. Via a separate entrance you can reach the studio on the 1st floor. The open plan living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen-living room, a fireplace and, of course, a dining table. The sleeping gallery with double bed can be reached via a staircase. The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a seating bath. The house is located in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

You are welcome to help with milking the 70 cows, there are also large and small horses for walking and riding lessons by arrangement/payment . Rustic pool with its own Spring water.
