A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Summer, the apartment offers a cool retreat, but in winter a chubby warm place in front of the Swedish stove that can be fired with wood. In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.
