Traveling with friends or family but looking for your own space? This listing is for booking 2 separate units at the same time. Though it is a side by side duplex there is no connection from the inside, each has it's own entrance. Both units share large parking and yard. (Unit 1) has 2 bedrooms w/ -1 King size and 2 twin beds. & the other has a Queen size bed (Unit 2) also has 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed & 2 Full size beds both has its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living space.

Julia Downtown is located i the center of Aguada, in one of the main streets. We are 6 minutes away (in car) to the balneario beach and table rock one of the best spots for surfing and you will also find a lot of beach front restaurants. We are walking distance to pharmacy, gas station, bakery and only 12 minutes away to Rincón town, one of the beautiful towns in the west side of the island. If you are looking for a convenient location, we are definitely the best option.
