Two-story house in the middle of town, two minutes from the beach. Great living room on the first floor, overlooking a patio with two hammocks. First floor with living-dining room, two bedrooms, one double and one with sofa bed. Complete bathroom with a spacious shower. Fully equipped kitchen with summer dining on the terrace. From the living-dining room, we go out to another terrace, from which we climb to a 60-meter rooftop-solarium, with great views. Tourist Registration Number: VTF/AL/02356

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND THE "HOUSE RULES" BEFORE BOOKING. Rustic house for 2 with a private terrace. In the old town. With air conditioning/heating. Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Nice apartment in Agua amarga, in a quiet area 3 min. walk to the beach, in the middle of the natural park of Cabo de Gata. Distributed over 2 floors, the ground floor with a living room-kitchen and toilet, the first floor with 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a full bathroom. It has air conditioning-heating as well as fans in the living room and both bedrooms. It also has a rooftop to enjoy the beautiful nights in the moonlight. IN SUMMER THE MINIMUM STAY IS 6 NIGHTS.

The apartment is very nice and bright. Almost on the beachfront (2 minutes away) and with ocean views from the two terraces, it is part of a very well-kept development, located within the same village. Great for family vacations and enjoy the wonderful enclave of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Park. The village has a nice sandy beach, several restaurants, small shops and a supermarket, as well as a ski rental and scuba diving center. Relaxation guaranteed!
