To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά.
