Small cozy, rustic house directly connected to the greenhouse. The house is an annex to our thatched house located in a south-facing forest edge Surrounded by a large garden. In the house, there is a double bed, sofa and coffee table and ladder to a small loft. The house is heated with a wood stove, firewood included. Simple kitchen facilities, but it is possible to cook a hot meal. Toilet and bath in the main house, directly at the entrance from the guest house. Beautiful house with the best location. The house has been completely renovated and a new room wing was added in 2021. The house is well suited for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common rooms. From the first floor view is a glimpse of the sea. Here are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from a Michelin restaurant. Charming apartment in older villa

Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor in beautiful, older villa. The apartment contains two rooms, living room with access to small balcony, as well as its own kitchen and bathroom. There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bed on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen contains stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, cooking pot – and of course various gear and dishes. Access to the washer/dryer can be arranged in the basement of the house. Entrance through the hallway of the house, but in addition it is a separate apartment.

Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. There is a fire pit The area at Kærgården invites you to take walks in the beautiful nature and along the beach. From May to September, there is a swimming dock. There is a good playground and the opportunity to play mini golf and petanque.
