Wood fired hot tub where you can swim overlooking the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe including life vests are included. Kayaks are available to rent for an additional fee. Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 1st toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the property, there is also a wood-burning sauna.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Enjoy a lovely stay when staying at this unique place right next to Norje Havsbad. Only 20 meters to a sandy beach and swimming, and 50 meters to the restaurant Norje Havskrog. Easily accessible a short detour from the E22. Simple guesthouse consisting of a large room with a 160-cm-wide double bed and a sofa bed for two (bring your own bed linens and shower towels). Clean toilet and shower. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, running water and a few other little things. Welcome!
