Ideally located for Snowdon, Zipworld, Caernarfon Castle, Llanberis, Beddgelert & the Welsh Highland Steam Railway station next to our village pub & micro brewery. Dogs are very welcome!

Our home is in a beautiful rural location. The grounds are surrounded by mature trees with views over open fields and out towards Anglesey. We are situated 4 miles from Llanberis, on the edge of the peaceful Snowdon National Park, but we are also centrally located to explore the wider area.

A spacious 1 bed annex with large living/kitchen dining area, the property is within 5 minutes walk from the town, castle, restaurants, Galeri etc. and 2 minutes away from Lon Las cycle track. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.
