Οn the beach of Marathonas, small family apartment

The apartment is about 40 sq.m, one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed ( two single beds), fully equipment kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony with view to our nice garden with flowers and pistachio trees and in front of the sandy beach and the sea of Marathonas village. Amazing Garden-Cottage in Aegina

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs

A compact kitchen area is visible, fitted with essential appliances, including a stove and microwave. Light blue walls enhance the space's brightness. A small dining table with two chairs is positioned nearby, and a doorway leads to a hallway with a glimpse of the sleeping area.

A renovated studio up to 2, with a balcony with sea view to Vathi beach. The studio has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, full equipment kitchen. Suitable for couples to relax. Next to romantic port of Souvala , just 5 minutes walking distance from the Souvala port ,market, taverns, bakery, pharmacy etc. Ferry boats has 3-4 times per day from Pireas port directly to Souvala port. Also there are 3 beaches in walking distance from the studio.

Wonderful, Super Central Flat at Aegina Port!

We have a 5* cleanliness rating and are more than happy to answer any questions you have re: our cleaning and disinfection policy, before you book our place! The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.

A spacious living area features a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs, with a modern kitchen on one side. Large glass doors open to a scenic view, allowing natural light to fill the room. A cozy fireplace and decorative lighting elements add charm.
