Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. You can't help but to spend your time relaxing on the large front porch. The property is fenced in and has a yard. Guests can use the BBQ, bikes, beach chairs, body boards and cooler, so you don't have to buy or bring your own! The house is between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach Town Centers.
