Finikas is located in the south-western part of Syros about 9 km from the main town on the island, Ermoupoli, which is connected by a regular public transportation. In order to get to the island there is daily connection throughout the year with the main port of Pireas and with Athens International Airport.

The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.
