At Heybeliada Central Location

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. Our location, which is a 3-minute walk from the bazaar and the beach, is also uniquely located in terms of transportation to the beach and swimming areas. Our apartment, where we offer you the opportunity to have a peaceful holiday with your family or friends, also has a backyard and the use of the relevant garden belongs only to our guests. Entrance and exit to the garden is from the rented house.

Our 130-year-old historical monumental pavilion; is covered with stone walls, the ceiling and floor is wooden, its room with an original bathtub bathroom. It is 750 meters from the center of the island, surrounded by pine forests with sea views. Breakfast is included in our prices, we also provide catering for a fee. Our 10 meter long swimming pool in our garden, a very spacious balcony on the upper floor and our large fireplace are offered as common areas for a total of 4 rooms. 

L'Isola Guesthouse™ Heybeliada

The luxurious guesthouse L’Isola has a covered kitchen for shared use and an open courtyard. Far from various negatives, especially noise and crowds, but close to the commercial area, 450 metres from the center of Heybeliada. (🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Tranquil Island House

Having its own private entrance, it is the detached first floor of a two-storey house. Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Büyükada/Maden Mahallesi

You can enjoy the fun with the whole family in this wonderful place. You can stay up to 6 people in our spacious and spacious apartment with a balcony, 5 min to the bazaar and 7 min walk to the pier. (Only families and girls' groups are accepted.)
