The apartment is composed by living room, kitchen,2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sunny terrace and free private parking lot. The apartment is completely renovated, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, private bathroom, washing machine, hairdryer, Internet Wi-Fi, TV and the ability to accommodate your pets. All the accommodations are located in the historic center of Acireale (Sicily) in a strategic position to reach the main eastern Sicily destinations. From Acireale you can easly reach Taormina, Recanati and Giardini Naxos beach, Syracuse, Catania, Etna, Eolie Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Salina....) and Etnaland, one of the most beautiful and appreciated Waterpark and Themepark at European level. The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

The house consists of a large open space with a double bed, sofa (which becomes a double bed with wooden slabs if needed), kitchen area with island, study/work station and private bathroom. You will find yourself in a 19th-century house that has been recently renovated with a modern interior design, while still respecting the historical integrity of the spaces. If you are coming by car, there is a parking space available not far from the apartment. Just be mindful of one detail: to get there, you'll have to pass through a narrow passage that is 2 meters and 20 centimeters wide. Make sure your car can fit through. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
