The vacation home is new, spacious terrace and garden with stunning views. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk bed. Kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The area ,the Frisian Forests, is a particularly beautiful nature reserve, Dokkum, Leeuwarden and the Wadden Islands nearby. Yoga/ pilates class and mountain bike rentals on the campground.

Opende lies in the Friese Wouden The airBNB is located in our yard on the border of Groningen and Friesland. Hiking and biking can be done in the nearby nature reserves Alde Feanen, Bakkeveen, Beetsterzwaag and Lauwersmeer. A day in Ameland or Schiermonnikoog is also great to do. Culture can be gained in Groningen, Leeuwarden and Heerenveen (about 25 minutes). Surhuisterveen is about 2 km away and has a shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops. You must arrange breakfast yourself.

An outdoor area is featured with a wooden-covered patio, providing shade over a cozy seating arrangement. A small bench with a cushion is placed beneath the roof, while green grass and a well-maintained garden area surround the space.

The Tiny House is tastefully decorated and has a bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom attached to the bedroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and a washbasin. The cottage is heated by central heating. The Frisian Forest is not yet so touristy, close to Lauwersmeer or the boat to the Wadden island of Schiermonnikoog.
