Apia Villas - NIOVI - two bedrooms & private pool

Niovi has two levels: The first, hosts a living area, an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom that opens onto a small courtyard and a private pool. The second has one more bedroom, which also opens onto its own small courtyard. Both levels have a wc with shower. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Large sliding windows, terraces protected from the sun and wind and air conditioning, make each villa an ideal home all year round, where guests can enjoy the beauty of each season.

The house originates from the 20’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries).
