Charming loft in a converted barn

Einzigartiges Wohnen mit Flair und modernem Komfort! Neu saniertes Loft-Apartment in einer wunderschönen, alten Scheune das rustikalen Charme mit zeitgemäßem, elegantem Stil verbindet. Offenes Wohnkonzept, Wohnzimmer geht nahtlos in die offene Küche über – perfekt, um beim Kochen gesellig beisammen zu sein. Ausstattung: 1: Queensize-Bett (160 cm). 2: Doppelbett (140 cm). Hinweis: Das Apartment verfügt über mehrere Treppen und Ebenen und ist nicht für Gäste mit Kindern geeignet.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
