In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

Vacation Rental Edelweiß

Our apartment Edelweiß with about 60 m² has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, a modern kitchen-living room and a cozy balcony. On the roof terrace with magnificent views of the Achensee there is a shared lounge area and grill. Linens and towels are included in our free parking space. All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.

Top mountain hut with sauna, hot tub & grill hut

At about 1,000 m above sea level, the Stoaberghüttn is very quiet and idyllic on the edge of the forest in Steinberg am Rofan. You can easily reach the Stoaberghüttn all year round by car toll-free via Tegernsee or Lenggries. In winter, winter tires and possibly snow chains are necessary. Please note that parties are not allowed in the Stoaberghüttn.
