This villa is located at Rua Gregório Pinho n. 37, next to the Practical Police School, close to the historic center of the city and local commerce, very close to main services such as CTT, Convento do Carmo, Court, Employment Center and several tourist spots. 3 minutes from the A23 and A1, it is about 1 hour from Lisbon and 10 minutes from the city of Entroncamento, where there is a train station with connections to various parts of the country almost hourly. Casa da Avó Ana is a rural house, located in a rural area in the municipality of Santarém. It is a space where you can rest for a few days, as it has all the amenities (it has a patio with a small garden, a well-equipped kitchen and two very quiet bedrooms, as well as air conditioning in all rooms). It is also the ideal home if you are just looking for a getaway in the middle of a long trip, as it allows you to leave your car safely in the indoor garage while enjoying the peace of home.

It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.
