Bright and clean studio suite, private and self contained. Entrance at the back of the house. Designated parking on our driveway. Completely furnished and ready for your enjoyment. Suite opens up to our backyard that includes a tennis court/pickleball court and green space. We are located 4 min from the Fraser River on a quiet, residential street. We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We just added a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent.

You will be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful 1 bedroom (King) suite. This 970 sq ft unit includes a sofa bed that will sleep up to 4 adults very comfortably. Located on the very top of a small mountain, you can see all the way to Vancouver on a clear day! There is driveway parking for 1 vehicle. The suite is very bright with a lot of natural light. You also have a private back yard that includes a gas bbq and outdoor dining area. Everything about this place speaks "comfort"!
