2 floors penthouse - balcony near uni, forest and beach

Your family will be close to everything, both city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy neighborhood that is popular to stay in. The apartment's best place is the balcony overlooking the forest, sea and Aarhus Island. It's usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. Living room and dining room is a large room, so there's plenty of room to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 bed, 2 mattresses/a playroom and a workplace with views of the city. The apartment is quiet and you don't hear much of the neighbors.

Nordic Funkis Villa close to beach, forest and city

Lys & Nordic functional villa by the forest (300m) and lovely beach with jetty (400m). It's spacious with plenty of space for the big family. Borrow 2 supboards for a day by the sea and enjoy our outdoor terraces for both morning and dinner. We have trampoline, football goal, sandbox and playroom for the kids. Our modern and delicious kitchen invites you to cook, and if you want to go, Aarhus city center is just 5 km away (charging bike can be borrowed). In the basement there are gym, office, laundry room, TV, playstation and more.

Large apartment 20 min from Aarhus in cozy village

Large apartment with two bedrooms, private bathroom, kitchen and large living room with dining area, corner sofa and flat screen. We rent out the ground floor of our house (100 sqm with private entrance) . The apartment has everything you need for a cozy stay. We are located with some of Jutland's most beautiful nature right outside the door as well as a two minute drive to Stilling Badesø which, with its clean water with blue flag, small sandy beach and bathing jetty, is a small Mecca in the summer.

A modern kitchen area features a large wooden island with three high-backed stools. Industrial-style lighting hangs overhead, and large windows invite natural light. Sleek black cabinetry is complemented by a sink and countertop, with decorative plants adding a touch of greenery.

Ha’ det sjovt med familien i vores stilfulde bolig. Direkte adgang til stor solrig gård og have med trampolin. Køkken alrum og tilhørende rum til leg/ Playstation . 1 sal er der stue, 3 værelser samt badeværelse med karbad. Legeplads og skaterbane 1 min væk, skov og strand 5-15 min. 20 min til Aarhus C. 1. Dobbeltseng på 140x200 cm, man kravler op ad stige. Sovesofa på 140x200. 2. Dobbeltseng på 140x180 cm, man kravler op ad stige. 3. King-size på 180x210 cm 4. 2 enkeltsenge på 90x210.

Luxurious villa up to the Marselisborg forest

A beautiful and spacious villa directly into the Marselisborg forest. A great spacious balcony directly to the Forrest. A smaller glas covered Pergola balcony for the cold evenings and possibility to open all doors. A big double garage turned into activity room with football goal, table tennis and an air mattress. An outdoor playground with trampolin from the Swiss “BERG”. 3 big bedrooms with double beds. 2 child bedrooms with singlebeds, that can easily be turned into spacious doublebeds.

Luxury beachfront villa in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

Big Penthouse With view in Central Aarhus

Right in the center! Our home has been refurbished recently, but we have kept the old soul. The Penthouse apartment is spread over two floors, where on the 4th floor there is an entrance hall, bedroom, play and work room, changing room and laundry room, toilet and bath, as well as a lovely balcony. On the 3rd floor there is a large kitchen-dining room, a large living room, entrance hall and another bathroom and toilet. This gem has a direct view of ARoS and is located in the city centre.

Lovely house a few km from Aarhus city center. Stay bright and friendly with lovely patio and large garden. Two double bedrooms, room with single bed, nice kitchen with dining area and comfortable living room. Lovely bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Map to Denmark's second largest city, Aarhus with the acclaimed art museum, ARoS and the museum “The Old Town”. Within driving distance to Djurs Summerland and Legoland. Only 5 km to lovely beach.
