Nice terrace from the kitchen and a nice enclosed garden with space for ball games. Separate basement apartment. Great bus connections to the city center and easy to the E45.

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10-minute walk to the city center's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and there is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which has a huge sleeping loft.

My bright and quiet apartment is located in the middle of Øgaderne, which is a very central, quiet and charming area in Aarhus. The apartment is located in the butter hole with a 5-minute walk to central Aarhus with cafes, bars and shopping opportunities. From Friday 5pm to Monday 6am, there is the possibility of free parking 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Other days there is the possibility of nearby and cheap parking (yellow zone). NOTE: Third bed is an 80x190 guest bed, which is set out in the living room.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Entire new 30m2 studio

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
